Joshua Carstens

Joshua Carstens graduated from Hope College with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre in 2001 and from Kennesaw State University in 2007 with a Master of Arts in Professional Writing, emphasis in Creative Writing.

Originally a native of the north suburbs of Chicago, Joshua currently resides in Atlanta, GA, with his wife, two kids, dog, cat, and mortgage and daycare tuition payments. He spends his office hours as an accountant for a nonprofit children's hospital and the rest of the time as head chef, chauffeur, doctor, housekeeper, handyman, and fill-in-the-blank to his adoring family.

When he's not complaining about the high temperatures and lack of snow, he can be found up late most nights with his insomnia and OCPD, eking out every last moment to read, work on his novels, clean, and play video games. Joshua's addictions include collecting movies and books, composition notebooks, useless information, Red Bull, and sweets, specifically M&Ms and orange Tic Tacs.
